Information

International Orders are available
by simply placing your order as normal. On the "Review Order" page select
your country name and leave the state on Alabama. We will contact you via e-mail regarding extra shipping and handling expense.
Payment can be made by either using a Credit Card or U.S. Money Order express mailed to
the address below. International orders in excess of $500.00 must be paid by
International Money Order drawn in US funds ($). Use the contact information below if you need to make other
arrangements. Some selected country rates can be found here: International
Rates. Please Note; All our machines are 110v. If
you need 220v please contact us prior to placing your order.
CUSTOMS/DUTIES/VAT/ETC.
We can appreciate that you would like to save some money, but please do not
ask us to mark your package as a “gift” or declare a value that is less
than your actual purchase. This is not only dishonest, it is against the
law. Should an item be refused at customs, any refund issued back to the
customer will exclude the actual shipping & insurance costs. Certain items
may be subject to a restocking fee. Please check with your country’s taxing
authority for any questions you may have about import taxes you may have to
pay.
FREIGHT FORWARDING
If you have selected a freight forwarder to receive your package in the
US on your behalf, The Stained Glass Web-Mart will not responsible for loss or
damage to your parcel once it has arrived at your freight forwarder.

Please Note: International
orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and
applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of
the customer. We
have no way of knowing or charging import fees, VAT or customs charges for your
country. There may be charges required when you pick up your international
order. You should contact your customs office or delivery providers BEFORE you make a
purchase. Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide
coverage outside the US, and some products may not be exported under any
circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or US law. The Stained Glass
Web-Mart makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility,
or serviceability for products that are used outside the US. International
orders will NOT be accepted by Facsimile (FAX) or Purchase Order.
International
delivery time
can sometimes take up to 4 weeks for orders going to destinations outside of the United States and can sometimes be longer depending on your countries
import process. Most international orders ship out via Global Express US Mail
and are usually delivered in 7 to 10 days depending on the import process of
the destination country.
The Stained Glass Web-Mart Store uses a program called StoreFront
for our online store. This program utilizes temporary or "non-persistent"
cookies to maintain information about your session from one page to the next as you move
through the order process. These "cookies" are not retained on either your
system or ours, and they do not contain any information about you. If your browser is not
configured to accept cookies, we will be unable to process your order over the web via
your browser, in which case you may complete your purchase by printing the order and

Shipping Information:
Orders are
usually processed within 24 to 48 hours after we receive them. Most orders, if
received before 2:30 PM Pacific Time, get shipped out that day. If you send a check,
allow an extra 7 - 10 days before we ship your order for your check to clear our bank (sorry).
Most orders go out UPS
Ground. UPS delivery coast to coast is usually 7 to 10 days. Closer
destinations are quicker as we are on the West Coast of California. We can not guarantee
these delivery times as some items may be out of stock. We are also at the mercy of UPS to
get you your order in a timely fashion. If your order ships out via UPS make
sure you check your email for the UPS tracking information email. Some orders
under 1 pound may ship out via US Priority Mail. Let us know if you cannot
accept US Postal deliveries. Please allow extra shipping time and charges to

Returns: Returns
MUST be made with in 10 days of receiving your order to receive a
refund. All items
returned to us must be in "factory fresh condition"
showing no signs of use or wear. The items MUST be able to be sold as
"NEW". To receive
a complete refund, returns must include ALL packaging, boxing, accessories and
all printed matter
(manuals, warranty cards, etc.) included with your order. Do not write on
an item packaging.
Odyssey Buyers
- PLEASE NOTE:
ALL
Odyssey Lamp forms, Lamp Bases and some
lamp hardware have a 20% restocking fee. Please call for details before ordering.
All refunds, credits and exchanges are for the
value of the equipment only and do not include shipping charges. Outbound
shipping is occasionally free or reduced, if that item(s) is returned, normal
shipping charges will be deducted from any refund you are eligible to receive.
Refused Delivery:
If the carrier returns an item because it was refused or
undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply. If the item was
shipped for free or reduced shipping, normal shipping charges will be
deducted from any refund you are eligible to receive.
Please call us if you need to return an order or you need more information on our
return policy. There are no returns on special order items, glass cutters or glass cutting
tools excluding unused Saws and Grinders. We do not accept returns on
any used item.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept a return without a
prior
return authorization number.
If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping,
contact the shipping company immediately and follow their instructions. Then call us and
we will work at getting you out a new item as soon as possible.
