 Vibration
Reduction Improves Sawing
The top wheel assembly is the key component to reduced vibration. It
pivots on a separate bearing with suppressors controlling its motion. By
absorbing more vibration, the DL5000 maintains more effective contact
between blade and material. The blade tensioning knob is directly
connected to this assembly for precision adjustments.
Three Wheel System with High Performance Bearings
The unique three wheel system gives the DL5000 a 12” throat depth, far
wider than other portable band saws. The 61.5” diamond coated blade
easily cuts materials, leaving a smooth finished edge. The DL5000 uses
specially sealed, heavy-duty ball bearings for maximum performance and
reliability.
