Eureka City Seal
This piece is installed in the Eureka City Council Chambers in Eureka,
California. I placed this piece in a light box made from redwood sides and an oak frame
face. Neon was created to illuminate the work. I fused the ships made from white and brown
Wasser Glass on to Blue Opalescent Bullseye Glass.
All of the other detail is painted or copper overlay.
I used Fischer White on Black Flashed Glass that I sandblasted away the white so I would
have black letters.
