so small I was curious but your explanation justifies the cost, thank you.
It's worth it to pay a little extra and have arrive in a reasonable time.  I
recently purchased some items from another company that does not charge at
all for shipping, the packing was very poor and it took 12 days to receive
it.  I will stick with your company and thank you

I have been looking for a bottle cutter for my ex-mother-in-law for years.
When I found your web site I was truly shocked! I wanted to thank you, first
for carrying such a hard to find item, and second for the expedient
delivery. (I ordered it on a Thursday and received it the following Monday.)
When my boy's grandmother opened her gift from them, I thought she was going
to bring the ceiling down!! It made her whole Christmas! (I guess this will
insure the apple pies keep coming!)

Hi again!

Received the saw earlier this week. Been playing with it and I must say I 
am pleased! Cut a couple of different materials and it goes through things 
like nothing! Been cutting mostly fossil ivory and some semi-precious 
stones. 

My friend was right, you guys are great and I will also recommend you to 
others. Plus if I need any other equipment that you sell, I will be sure to 
contact you first.
