The SP120 is a 120 watt iron best used for attaching brace bars or for use without a temperature control for FAST lead work. Also great for soldering ZINC came. 1/2" iron clad tip

The SP175 is a 175 watt iron. Very hot and should be used for heavy duty production work. 5/8" iron clad tip.
